Jacob Berger - Founder and CEO
A senior manufacturing engineer working at Lockheed Martin, Jacob Berger has worked in the aerospace industry for 5 years, where he has worked as a systems engineer, a cybersecurity engineer, and most recently, a manufacturing engineer.
Jacob founded The Path More Traveled because of his own struggles finding a career that was right for him. Graduating from Penn State in 2017, Jacob knew he wanted to be an aerospace engineer, but was unsure what he wanted to specialize in. lacking a proper mentorship program to contact, he was forced to find his specialty via a combination of his own research and personal experience, and while he did eventually find a position he loved, he felt there was a better way.
Jacob founded The Path More Traveled to give other students and young professionals the resources he wished he’d had when planning his own career. Namely, a series of mentors who could grant him insight into the positions that he was considering, and whether those positions were right for him.
